How long have you been taking flonase (is it consecutive) I use Fluticasone (which is the cheaper of flonase). I'm going through the same exact thing that your going through right now. I had a severe sinus infection for 3 months and finally going to the E.R I was given a Rx for Fluticasone. I used it along with an antibiotic and it all went away. Theres so many things that can be bringing on the congestion. How long have you been taking the Flonase (consecutively)? Has the Allegra always worked for your congestion? Flonase is very good. It has to build up in your system for a week or two.It was not intended for immediate relief. The doctor should have also given you some clarinex or another decongestant along with the Flonase. Ask if it is right for you. The only way to effectively reduce the amount of spam is to use a spam filter, which some email carriers (including Yahoo!) provide. For Yahoo!, go to your settings, and in the section about spam filtering, make sure you check the box that says something like "add addresses I mark as spam to my blocked addresses list." Then, select all of the spam emails in your inbox and click the "spam" button on the toolbar. You can play around with the spam settings and whatnot, but if you check the box about adding the addresses to the blocked addresses list then you won't be receiving any more emails from that particular email address.
